In the busy months our kitchen team have earnt up to £500 in service charge per month, whilst Service Charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

With no late-nights or evenings plus fixed shift times to allow you to balance work and home, this could be the best job in the kitchen.
To be our Breakfast Chef you will need to be committed to the role and highly organised. You will often be working alone so will need to be confident to manage a busy breakfast service. There’s no need to have been to catering college or have a high level of qualifications however, basic skills to confidently prepare and cook the breakfast menu is essential.
As our Breakfast Chef you will be running the breakfast service, ensuring all standards are maintained both on made to order and the buffet. You will be responsible for the prep of all breakfast items for the following day, plus general support to the kitchen for the day ahead, including providing the staff lunch.
We will offer full training plus additional learning support in the form of official qualifications and commitment to your development. If you want to learn new skills being surrounded by some of the best in the industry then the Breakfast Chef role is for you.
