Full Time - £23,463 - £24,636 PA, Plus Service Charge - based on 45 hours per week.

Part Time - £10 - £10.50 Per Hour, Plus Service Charge

In the busy months our Food & Beverage Team have earnt up to £500 in service charge. Whilst, service charge depends on the bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

On the restaurant floor…

Our food & beverage service is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We can guarantee each service to be different, fun, and full of atmosphere!

Our Restaurant Waiting Staff work closely with our kitchen team to deliver a daily changing menu, they gain inspiration from serving seasonal produce grown within our own kitchen garden and sourced by local suppliers all within a 25mile radius of the hotel.

In the mornings, or breakfast team are real morning people who are reliable, committed.

They are on the restaurant floor, serving our hotel guests the most vital meal of the day. They are taking orders, stocking the buffet, re-laying, and cleaning the restaurant and ensuring the guests have everything they need. For those looking for full time hours you can continue to work into the lunch shift in the restaurant.

Once the breakfast buffet has been scoffed, our team set up for lunch, offering a broad menu dedicated to our kitchen garden produce and local suppliers. There is never a quiet lunch or dinner service at THE PIG, which makes your time with us atmospheric. There is not twiddling of thumbs and fingers in our restaurant, our team always have something to get stuck into!

In the bar…

We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind. This provides the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do, and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

Our team oversee the day to day running of the bar, ensuring a creative service is provided to all. The team make sure the bar is presentable. They have a genuine interest in growing their beverage knowledge and the passion towards keeping up with current trends.
