In the busy months our Kitchen Team have earnt up to £600 in service charge. Whilst service charge depends on the bookings, with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

As a Night Kitchen Porter you ideally would have similar experience working in a large kitchen, but this is not essential as we can provide all necessary training.
You will be assisting the kitchen and restaurant after the dinner service with washing plates, cutlery and other kitchen utensils plus maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen including appliances.
As the Night Kitchen porter you will need to be motivated and manage your time well. Deep cleaning the kitchen, and equipment once the kitchen has closed.
All we are looking for is a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic - taking pride in a job well done
