Salary: £11 - £11.25 per hour, plus service charge

In the busy months our restaurant team have earnt up to £500 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

Hours: 20 hours per week (7am - 12pm) - 5 days per week including variable weekend cover.

We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Breakfast Supervisor to join our breakfast team at one of the most exciting, award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We can guarantee each service to be different, fun, and full of atmosphere!

Our Breakfast Supervisor at THE PIG will need to be a real morning person who is reliable, committed and available to work from the early morning.

Playing a key part in the daily running of the restaurant, our Breakfast Supervisor will be on the restaurant floor during the core morning service hours, getting stuck in by attending to our hotel guests whilst overseeing the efficiency of the team. We require a Breakfast Supervisor who will train and encourage the team using good communication and leadership skills. Whilst not on the restaurant floor, our Breakfast Supervisor will maintain excellent communication with our kitchen team with regards to ordering breakfast table items such as coffee, tea's, jams and crockery. We seeking for a candidate who will take ownership of this service, ensuring our guests have the best start to their day.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar restaurant role, along with the commitment to covering morning shifts.
