In the busy months our maintenance team have earnt up to £250 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies, there is never a quiet day at THE PIGs, so you can expect your piggy bank to be filled.

Hours: 40 hours per week.
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated maintenance team.
As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of a small team, cohesively maintaining the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the hotel. The ability to manage preventative maintenance is key, along with knowledge and understanding of fire safety.
You will be required to be 'hands on’ expressing a ‘can do’ attitude. Most of the responsibilities will involve basic repairs of damaged facilities, equipment, painting, and decorating, at times you may be required to help the Maintenance Manager coordinate renovations and additional projects.
In the absence of our Maintenance Manager, you will be required to carryout basic administrative tasks including health & safety via Alert 65, invoice handling and maintenance team rota’s.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, along with any qualifications or exposure to PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety.
