Hours: Full Time, £35,000 - £40,000 PA (DOE)

Talent Acquisition Manager – Candidate Attraction

Location: This role is based at our Head Office - Lyndhurst, Hampshire with the occasional option to work from home.

Travel: Applicants must have the ability to travel to all hotel sites and regions on a regular basis as a core part of the role (Kent to Cornwall)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

We are on the hunt for someone special who likes to stand out from the crowd (preferably in your wellies), for this unique, interesting, and challenging recruitment role. This new position will play a significant part in candidate attraction, making THE PIG brand a key partner and employer of choice in our regions.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will need to have a well-established background in recruitment plus a proven track record of successful business development. You will be confident, outgoing with the ability to open doors, building and maintaining great external relationships. Ideally, you will already be a PIG Hotel fan who understands our culture and why we are an award-winning employer in the hospitality industry. Enabling you as a key brand ambassador to sell the virtues of the brilliant things we do with our people.

The role’s primary focus:

  • Drive candidate attraction by developing external relationships through Colleges, Universities, charities, and other groups.
  • Enhancing existing relationships and seeking out new partnerships.
  • Acting as the lead for all recruitment fairs and activities that drives brand awareness and candidate attraction.
  • Taking part in all aspects of recruitment supporting the overall aims of the department, working in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition Manager - Senior Recruitment; to ensure all vacancies across the business are, posted correctly, attracting candidates effectively and filled in a timely manner.

Experience & Skills:

  • Significant experience in recruitment either through agency or in-house.
  • Understanding and knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment.
  • Skilled interviewer.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing external relationships.
  • Target Driven.
  • Confident, engaging, and approachable.
  • Creative and Independent.

The role will suit someone from a recruitment agency or target driven background with a solid understanding of employment law and best practice relating to recruitment. Previous experience engaging with universities and colleges is advantageous.
