In the busy months our kitchen team have earnt up to £400 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies, there is never a quiet day at THE PIGs, so you can expect your piggy bank to be filled.

Hours: 48 hours over 5 days (7.30am - 4pm)
A Senior Pastry Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. We use local suppliers within a 25-mile radius, our own homegrown kitchen garden produce and a bit of love to create our menus, which change all the time. Our Chefs are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience, creativity is what we do best.
Our chefs like to get involved, having constant conversations with the gardeners, local farmers, dairies and forager about what is available and what is in season.

As a PIG Senior Pastry Chef de Partie you will oversee and manage the Pastry section. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, so good people management skills are needed. We want our Pastry Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food and classic desserts as we are.

We run an award-winning apprenticeship programme, as a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie you will take an active role in leading, teaching and inspiring the apprentices.
