We are seeking for a Deli Manager to oversee the effective operation of the hotels adjacent restaurant ‘The Folly’.

Offering both small table, and communal dining, ‘The Folly’ is our alternative casual dining option to the restaurant, providing our guests the opportunity to soak up the outside atmosphere, or dine undercover within the food bar. On the menu, fresh flatbreads, lighter dishes and delicious desserts and a full bar! With our wood oven chef’s skills on show, plus our friendly approach, ‘The Folly’ guarantees a relaxing, laid-back dining experience nestled in the grounds next to the kitchen garden.

As Deli Manager you live and breathe all aspects of ‘The Folly’s’ service. You will lead and be working alongside a small team and build relationships with the local community and residents alike. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager you will drive your team to success through the development of their skills. You must be confident, providing valid suggestions for our ever-developing menus and the overall service to our guests. Other duties will include stock checks/ reporting, order and communication with local suppliers and precise management of any functions/public reservations.

This role is ideally suited to someone with similar experience within a food and beverage role. Though full training will be provided, a ‘can do’ attitude and friendly approach is a must.
