We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Night Porter to support the operations of THE PIG Hotels popular restaurant.
As a Food & Beverage Night Porter, you will play a key role in the preparation of the restaurant for the following day. Duties will include preparing the restaurants after service, setting up function rooms, hoovering/ mopping floors, ensuring chairs and all other upholstery are dirt and stain free. You will also need to replenish stock such as glasses, tableware, sugars, salt, and peppers – all to be readily available for the upcoming morning service.
Restaurant or cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided. You must have the confidence to carry out duties independently. A hotel nights team will be on duty and operating throughout the hotel.
