Our Pay Promise – no one in our business will earn less than £10 Per Hour, plus service charge. In the busy months our therapist team have earnt up to £300 in service charge per month, whilst Service Charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

You won’t find a huge list of weird and wonderful treatments in our potting sheds. Our approach is simple, no fads, pseudo-scientific nonsense!
We are delighted to be searching for a Head Therapist to lead our skilled team of Therapists.
Each PIG hotel has its own totally unique single treatment rooms built in the grounds in converted Potting Sheds. Our guests love this quirky yet truly indulgent experience, the therapist teams who run the Potting sheds are really the heroes of the story here.
As Head Therapist you will be key to our success of our potting shed treatment rooms. You will need to have a can-do attitude and not be afraid to be hand on with treatments. Being truly reflective of our brand you will encourage our small team of Therapists to provide the high levels of service we are known for, in addition to performing body massage and facial treatments yourself.
Our Therapists understand that there is nothing wrong with mixing different massage techniques to suit the task in hand.
Our treatment rooms are beautiful, tranquil, and healing spaces that are set in a unique environment. Our therapist team guide their guests through the luscious hotel grounds, whilst learning valuable information of how they can tailor make the treatment specific to the guests needs.
When not in treatments, you will be responsible for all activities relating to the therapist’s team including the management of booking, promoting treatment, writing rota’s, stock management and team recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be confident and enjoy delighting our guests plus CIDESO or CIBTAC qualified. Experience in a similar role with demonstrable skill is essential.
