We are currently receiving open applications for dedicated and organised Chef de Partie’s to join our kitchen team, at one of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.

A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour. It can be challenging at times but very rewarding. As a PIG Chef de Partie you will oversee one of our 4 sections, which is likely to change so you are able to experience all sections. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, good people management skills are essential. We want our Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food as we are.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or similar is essential, along with the flexibility of working hours reflective of a busy kitchen.
