Chef de Partie – THE PIG at Combe – EX14 3AD
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie who is as enthusiastic as we are about Modern British food!
A Chef de Partie role at The PIG is like no other, you will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and can change on an hourly basis. This will be challenging to create new dishes, but very rewarding allowing you to use your creative flair.
As a Chef de Partie you will have a Commis Chef and a Chef de Partie on the section with you to oversee and manage so good communication skills are essential.
Due to the location of the hotel, and shift patterns it's preferable that you have access to your own transport.
