Bar & Restaurant Staff - Spring/Summer - seasonal contract

Location: THE PIG at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, Cornwall.

Salary: £10 - £10.50 Per Hour.

Whilst service charge varies depending on bookings in the busy summer months our food and beverage staff have earned up to £800 per month in service charge, with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

Accommodation: Our staff accommodation is currently full. Therefore, we are seeking for applicants who reside locally, or have sourced their own nearby accommodation.

During the warmer months, THE PIG at Harlyn Bay becomes extremely popular. Our indoor restaurant service and outdoor communal dining ‘The Lobster Shed’ welcome’s hotel guests, pre-booked reservations, and walk-ins. Our hotel sleeps at full capacity, providing our teams with a buzzy, atmospheric place of work all day, every day.

We want our team to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. As a member of our food and beverage team, you will continuously experience new things such as our daily changing menu, the seasonal produce in the garden and interactions with a variety of people in an informal setting. We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do.

Upon successful completion of the season you will have the flexibility to leave our team or continue employment with Lime Wood Group & THE PIG Hotels, for the foreseeable or just for the following peak seasons - the decision is yours.

Experience for our entry level roles is not essential, however some experience in a similar role, environment or previous exposure to customer service is preferred.
