We are delighted to start the search for our Chef de Partie at the soon to open – THE PIG in the South Downs.
A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. Delivering a daily changing menu influenced by our kitchen garden and fresh produce locally sourced within a 25mile radius. Our Chef de Parties are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.
As Chef de Partie you will oversee one of the 4 sections of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to experience each section to gain knowledge of the entire service.
We’re seeking for Chef de Parties with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team. Owing to performance, we are in a position to promote from within. Our Chef de parties have the opportunity to experience what we offer at more than one of our properties, as well as stepping up into a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef role.

New Opening Information: Due to open its doors to our guests late this summer, recruitment for THE PIG in the South Downs will take place between May – August, with anticipted start dates in August.
