Chef de Partie – THE PIG at Harlyn Bay 

We are currently looking for a dedicated, organised Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, at one of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.

A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour. It can be challenging at times but very rewarding.

As a PIG Chef de Partie you will oversee one of our 4 sections, which is likely to change so you are able to experience all sections. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, good people management skills are essential.

We want our Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food as we are.

If you aren't quite ready to manage a section, we are looking for Demi Chefs de Parties too.

Coming soon Grade II-listed Harlyn House near Padstow in Cornwall. With a plan to open in June 2020, our new PIG is just a short stroll from Harlyn beach, Constantine Bay beaches, Trevose Golf Club, and is also only a 10-minute drive to the sea-side honeypot of Padstow.

As with every PIG, the kitchen gardens and restaurants will be the beating heart of these new properties. Anything that can’t be grown in the gardens will be sourced from the best producers within a 25-mile radius.
