About the role

Chef de Partie – THE PIG Hotel – Brockenhurst

We are currently looking for a dedicated, organised Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, at one of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.

A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour.

It can be challenging at times but very rewarding. As a PIG Chef de Partie you will oversee one of our 4 sections, which is likely to change so you are able to experience all sections.

You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, good people management skills are essential. We want our Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food as we are.

This role will be starting in May. Access to your own transport is preferable due to transport links.

The first of THE PIG litter to open in 2011 based in Brockenhurst in the New Forest.
