Location: THE PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL
Salary: £12.55 per hour (OTE £15.25 per hour, including tronc).
Hours: 35 hours over 4 days (6:00pm - 3:00am).
As a Night Kitchen Porter you ideally would have similar experience working in a large kitchen, but this is not essential as we can provide all necessary training.
You will be assisting the kitchen and restaurant after the dinner service with washing plates, cutlery and other kitchen utensils plus maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen including appliances.
As the Night Kitchen porter you will need to be motivated and manage your time well. Deep cleaning the kitchen, and equipment once the kitchen has closed.
