At THE PIG, we believe hospitality is both an art and something best shared – between our guests, teams and communities. We create spaces that feel personal, generous, and buzzing with character. It’s about connection, creativity, and a million thoughtful details that make people feel truly looked after.

We’re informal, but we take our craft seriously. Because doing hospitality well takes heart, attention, and real love for people and place. We care deeply about looking after our patch – supporting local growers and makers, working with community partners, and crafting menus and experiences rooted in our surroundings. This is how we run our house.

Kitchen Apprenticeships

Our Award-winning Chef Apprenticeship Programme provides budding chefs of any age with an accredited training pathway which will enable you to develop unique knowledge and skills.

Working with the Head Chef and Kitchen Brigade, you will learn how to work in an environment which is driven by the availability of ingredients produced on the premises and within a 25-mile radius of each PIG.
