THE PIG – Food & Beverage

Just like everything else at THE PIG’s, our Food & Beverage concept has its own unique spin on it. As the central heartbeat of our hotels we are fast paced, noisy and the driving force for the Restaurant with rooms concept. We are there to serve all our hotel and restaurant guests a like.

At THE PIG hotel group we strive to be unique; our uniqueness doesn’t just come from how we are laid out or our casual uniform, we are different in our management style too, we manage in a fun yet professional way. Everyone plays a vital role in our hard-working machine, we all need to be singing to the same tune. To do this we do on the job training, daily menu tasting but most importantly support each other and create new opportunities for all.

There are a wide range of guests that come through our doors, we need all our staff to be fun, friendly and enthusiastic to give all guests (whether they be new or returning) the same experience. We want you to be hungry to learn and to be able to think on your feet, with a passion for good food too.

Our friendly Food & Beverage team is fast paced and lots of fun, however we do have some serious times where it can get busy. We aim to keep a happy atmosphere with lots of laughter and some tears (happy ones of course). We encourage everyone to be the best they can be, offering craft training on anything you need to know.

If you truly want to learn you have free reign to ask any questions you want, the only silly questions are the ones you don’t ask!


THE PIG – Reception

The front desk at THE PIG hotel group is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

We strive for all our Reception team to be the best they can be, with support from the whole team. Our Reception team is made up of hard working individuals who have the attention to detail and are genuinely happy people. Communication is key within the Reception team, maintaining constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.

When you think of THE PIG you think of the Kitchen Garden and Restaurant, but don’t underestimate the power of the front desk. Here you can make a memorable experience for all our guests by ensuring that everyone has the tailored experience they deserve. Maintaining company standards but going the extra mile so our guests think back on their visit and remember you and your warm welcome.
