Location: THE PIG-at Combe, Honiton, EX14 3AD
Salary: £12.71 per hour (£13.76 per hour including tronc)
Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days.
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicate maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to build foundational skills in maintenance.
As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of a small team, cohesively maintaining the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the hotel. The ability to manage preventative maintenance is key, along with knowledge and understanding of fire safety.
You will be required to be 'hands on’ expressing a ‘can do’ attitude. Most of the responsibilities will involve basic repairs of damaged facilities, equipment, painting and decorating, at times you may be required to help the Maintenance Manager coordinate renovations and additional projects.
