Welcome to THE PIG
The flagship hotel in the group, opened back in 2011. We offers guests a classic example of an Country house hotel, with a kitchen garden that evolves with the seasons that supplies the produce found on our 25-mile menu.
The Role:
As the Pastry Sous Chef you will play an integral role in the overall operation of our pastry service. Ensuring a consistent delivery and standard at all times. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, leading by example and supporting their development.

Skills & Experience:
Our kitchens are busy aand bustling. Come with enthusiasm, your knives and a bucketful of passion and we can help you develop the rest. Experience as a Pastry Chef within a similar establishment is required.
