A truly rare opportunity to join the award-winning PIG Hotel Group as Hotel Director has become available. We are looking for someone special who really understands what THE PIG is all about and is ready to be part of our future.
As Hotel Director you will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the hotel including the Kitchen Garden and grounds. A strong F&B background is essential, in summer this site has two busy restaurants; you will also need to have a good operational knowledge of rooms and revenue management. You will need to be truly passionate about great food and drink - we love to talk about it all day long!

You will lead from the front to uphold all things people related. As we grow the business you will need to inspire and develop our PIG people of the future. You will have full financial responsibility for the hotel and will liaise with group functions to support your quest for excellence in all you do.
You will be as comfortable on the floor getting stuck in with guests, demonstrating true leadership, as you are with getting to grips with your hotel's financial and KPI data. Making informed decisions and reacting to changes in the business with a continual improvement mindset. However, we don't do things in a formal way, we want to be authentic and reflect our Brand, it’s trainers or wellies rather than shoes and you must be happier in jeans than a suit. Finally, but importantly, you will need to have a sense of humour, it’s fun, it’s busy, it’s different, but we love it, and you will too!
